Tequila Fried Green Beans

Green beans, washed, topped and tailed and cut into 2cm lengths
Olive oil – about 1 tablespoon
Pine nuts or sliced almonds
1/2 shot of tequila

Heat olive oil and stir fry beans over a high heat. Keep beans moving and they will brown slightly. Add nuts – stir to keep from burning and while stirring add tequila – be careful to stand back as it goes up in steam. As soon as tequila has evaporated take off heat and serve.
